In High School, I found my love of reading and writing. I am not going to say I was any good- in fact, I was quite terrible. Thankfully, I had some very patient people around me to help build that muscle. Now, I feel I can safely say, I can write a professional email without sounding incompetent 80% of the time.
During college and shortly after, I lost all steam for making anything creative. I struggled with my mental and physical health, making it challenging for me to have enough energy to create outside of going to school and/or working.
Although I struggled to find my muse for many years, I never lost my desire to learn and pass that knowledge along.
I found a love for tutoring in College and now, as a professional, designing and organizing trainings for my organization. I have been able to incorporate my love for crafting into a club at work where people can ask me questions if they need to, and being able to share my favorite resources.
I want to create a haven for myself and provide a reference guide for myself and others if they want it.
